I first met Nestor sitting in front of a water fountain. Since then, we have had an ongoing recording relationship for the Nestor Vassilikas Quartet, as seen at EFG London Jazz Festival.

Nestor participated and played original compositions at “Jazz Democracy” forum at the United Nations in New York for International Jazz Day April 30th 2018, along with giants of jazz like Jeff “Tain” Watts, David Liebman, Benito Gonzales, Essiet Okon Essiet, Sylvia Cuenca, Craig Bailey. He is an actively touring musician in the UK and Greece.
